获取客服状态

/api/open/v1/agent/status

查询指定客服当前是否在线。 客服不存在时不会返回 404，而是返回 code 为 000000、exists 为 false、online 为 false、 agentName 为 null；用 exists 区分「客服离线」（exists: true、online: false） 与「客服不存在」（exists: false）。
