查询机器人安装关系

/api/open/v2/bot/installations

查询本应用（或同租户下的其他机器人应用）在群聊和用户会话中的安装情况。 用于获取发送消息所需的 receiveId：items[].targetId 即 receiveId， items[].targetType（GROUP/USER）决定发送时的 receiveIdType（group_id/user_id）。

所需 Scope：bot.installation.read。
